1. Warm Welcome & Check-In
Upon arrival, our front desk team will greet you, collect your completed forms (or provide them if needed), and answer any initial questions.
2. Consultation with Dr. Covington
Dr. Covington will review your medical and dental history, listen to your concerns, and perform any necessary imaging or exams. You’ll receive a customized treatment plan and have time to ask questions before scheduling your procedure.
3. Discussion of Sedation or Anesthesia Options
If you’re undergoing surgery, we’ll review available anesthesia and sedation options — including local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and IV sedation to ensure your comfort.

Our team will walk you through insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and any payment options available.
We work with most major dental and medical insurance providers, including coverage for extractions, trauma care, and other surgical procedures.
